"We stayed here for one night with our family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Gardaland Resort, which was perfect for our plans. "The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again ."

"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"
