“The staff was extremely kind, room was warm, clean and the bathroom was extremely spacious. Perfect place in a perfect location.”

“Everything was prefect from check in to check out. Jillian and staff are top notch! We loved the breakfast daily, beautiful property that is meticulously kept and location in the cape is excellent! We will be back and thank you for a wonderful stay!!!”

“Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owners could not do enough for us. Beautifully appointed, immaculate rooms. Adults only. Great location. You won’t be disappointed.”

“We’ve stayed before just a few months ago. Had a lovely time. This time, we were greeted at 7:00 Pm by a 13 year old child who was delightful and intelligent. However, he was 13 and working the front desk. Checked us in. No adult around. The room had a shower head that moved back and forth and actually shifted the water spout below it. The other tenant on the other side of our shower started their shower and made our water freeze while we were in it. There was a person in the AM breakfast who...

“It was a great location from the amenity included free parking, is it good choice..”

“Loved this place! Room was very nicely done and updated. Breakfast was delicious. The treats were excellent. Our room was on the front of the home so the street was a little loud. I had earplugs and was fine but my husband had a hard time. We will be back!”

“The entire place was Immaculate. We enjoyed our two nights very much.”

“I highly recommend Old Manse Inn. It is charming, welcoming and every detail is accounted for. The innkeepers are very friendly and kind - and make a delicious breakfast!”

“Location, very quiet, and reasonable”

“Hot tub and pool area very nice. Ice cream at end of driveway”

“The place was beautiful, peace and calm, me and my fiancé. We had a wonderful birthday weekend. We would love to come back again. Staff was great. The amenities was perfect. The view of the ocean was beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better birthday gift.”

“Angela was amazing and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone staying at Chatham Bars, Wequassett, or Ocean Edge to give this a visit…”

“The Nauset Beach Inn at Orleans is a special gem. The accommodations were clean and well kept. The view from our living room picture window was amazing, especial the early morning sunrises. Glorious! Not to be missed. We enjoyed the large firepit afternoons and evenings. The fireplace was a nice touch. Location was convenient for the many places to eat and visit. The owner was friendly and helpful. One suggestion for our cabin #4 is that it needs a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. There...

“Furniture in room was falling apart. Curtain had holes in it. Bathroom ceiling was cracked. Bed was hardest most uncomfortable we ever tried to sleep on. Smoking area was in bad place by the entrance. Staff was fine, especially housekeeper, she was friendly. Did like location and the pool was good, if a little outdated. Maintainance work was being done outside too early in the morning. Breakfast was subpar, waffle maker didnt work properly.”
