Disappointing stay at this Sheraton. Bedroom lighting was inadequate, multiple power outlets barely worked or failed entirely, the thermostat was ineffective, and the pillows were very flat and unsupportive. Expected significantly better quality and maintenance from this brand.

The island is beautiful! The resort was fair at very best. To be honest, it looked as though some buildings on North Captiva were much nicer and updated. The Bayside rooms had a beautiful view, but very outdated. The restaurants were excellent!
