Um ponto fraco, em minha experiรชncia, foi quanto aos funcionรกrios, alguns deles nรฃo foram os mais simpรกticos, porรฉm relevamos. O SPA, com certeza, รฉ um diferencial, muito interessante e super bem equipado. O restaurante tambรฉm รฉ รณtimo, com boas opรงรตes...โ
โUm excelente quarto onde nรฃo se houve os vizinhos, os passos vindos dos quartos ao lado ou de cima, nรฃo se houve barulho dos banhos dos outros quartos! Sรณ por isso vale muito, pois dia noite estarรก garantido numa excelente cama com boas almofadas.

โPalace Hotel & Spa Termas de S. Tiago is well worth a visit, the hotel is spacious, clean, comfortable and well run. โFantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone.โ
โA fine place to stay, but itโs PR is not helped by the unattractive photo of the indoor pool which is prominent in its advertising. I would suggest a shot of the town of Manteigas from the hotel- a beautiful vista indeed.โ
