“This hotel is a good deal for the price, but it is definitely a lower end place. The room was a good size, but again, worn around the edges. The food was not very good.”

“Leider konnte uns die Mawamba Lodge nicht überzeugen. Von den 2 gebuchten Bungalows war bei Ankunft nur einer verfügbar. Der andere war im Bau und entkernt. Durch die Bauarbeiten gab es auch extreme Lärmbelastigung den ganzen Tag (Betonmischer, Sägen, Hämmern usw.) Dies hätte uns vor Ankunft mitgeteilt werden müssen, besonders da wir ca. 7 Monate vorher gebucht hatten. Die Damen von der Rezeption waren mittelmäßig bemüht. Der angebotene Bungalow schien erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft fertig...

“The property is in good condition. The room was good, big enough. The location is excellent. They helped set up our tours and we had an excellent time. Everything is super close. Their dock is nice and relaxing. We were able to get some beautiful sunset pictures. The breakfast was very good! We would definitely recommend it!”

“Staff were excellent especially Kaylor and the team, very warm and helpful with organising our tours. Food options also very good and place is quiet and in the middle of nature. Accomodation is ok, little bit rustic but then it is an eco lodge and you paying for seclusion and to be close to wildlife. Would recommend overall”

“Excellent staff and amazing tours. Hotel is located in a convenient spot close to town center but in a very quiet area near the beach. Tour guides Warren and Luis are incredible. Any tour with them is recommended. Natalia and Will at the fest are helpful and really great.”

“L’hôtel est vraiment bien situé, juste devant l’immense plage (baignade interdite!). Pour la baignade, la piscine de l’hôtel a plu à toute la famille! L’appartement est grand et les lits sont confortables! Le personnel est fort sympathique, particulièrement Josué et la dame du restaurant où nous prenions le déjeuner. Nous recommandons!”
