“The resort was very well keep,the staff there is very friendly,kind and willing to make you feel at home .The staff I enjoyed the most was kymaria the fitness guy he made my stay: very very fun entertaining guy .The ocean, beach,pool, all has a very beautiful view .The only issue I had with this resort was a loud noise coming from the pool causing me some sleep less night and the vent over the bed dripping water from time to time.other than that I love this resort would definitely stay there...
“The room was ok. I did expect better. The sofa bed in the room had stains and had a musty smell. The restaurant food was good, not great. I also expected a higher standard customer service. I forgot a couple of items which they found and asked for the process to return them to me. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up due the wait time. The resort is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Day and night, we saw staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The pools were spotless, and we even noticed the water being checked daily.
The food was excellent. We especially enjoyed Insieme Italian, The Market Kitchen buffet, Surf & Turf, the amazing Tomahawk steak at Dommo, and the lobster and lunch at Duke’s.
