“We loved Excellence El Carmen! The staff were very friendly from start to finish. Would recommend Juana for a massage at the Miele Spa. Valencio & Rocio are great at the revive bar by the main pool. Daniel helped room us and was super friendly. The room was amazing and we got to upgrade to the Excellence Club on arrival which was also a pleasant surprise as Magna- the club restaurant was the best food we had on the resort grounds!”
