"We had the most wonderful time on this resort! Friendly for all types, families, lovers, etc. the staff was amazing, everything was clean, you always felt taken care of, and the food was great. Beautiful pools, the ocean, just a dream. My favourite employee had to be Irwin. Irwin made sure that we were absolutely taken care of from the moment we arrived until we landed back in Canada! He was the most professional and helpful person we could’ve asked for. Always went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We plan on coming back and hope to have Irwin helping us again!! "

"This was our first visit and we loved it!! So much to do! We just truly enjoyed it. My suggestion for the future. If someone is visiting for the first time, insist that they be shown where their room is located. I had to ask several times for direction and we were VIP guests. Also more options for breakfast with more tea options in the hotel. Poseidon table is expensive with too much food. Can’t eat all of that for breakfast. "

"what I didn't like was the fact that you needed to take the elevator to the pool area. the winding stairs which leads you to the out door pool or back in side the hotel was closed due to the rain. I have claustrophobia. In case of an emergency stair well should always be available. "
