Fisherman's gray the staff is great the laundry and the air conditioner was okay not the best but everything else was great I would recommend to stay here again

Elva at the front desk was wonderful and very kind. She went above and beyond to make our stay good. She also helped a friend of ours with the same kindness. Also the young man in the breakfast room was great, but I don't know his name. We will stay there again in the future.

It was a convenient location. The sheets were dirty. We did not bother to contact staff, we needed to sleep and sleep on towels. The shower was dirty. The pillows were almost flat.

I liked the room. Clean. The shower was nice & hot. Tv had lots of channels. One complaint: The bed was super hard. The free breakfast was really good. I Evan had seconds. Other than the bed, I really enjoyed it there.

We were in for the weekend for a concert at Hershey and booked two rooms here because the price was excellent for two nights. We did not know what to expect at that rate and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the girl at the front desk. She was quick and efficient and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean and modern. The location is just 25 minutes from Hershey and many other attractions with a fantastic diner right down the road. All in all we had a fantastic visit and will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

The room itself was appropriate for it's purpose but it was facing a busy roadway with many trucks passing by ,some using engine brakes.I had to use ear protectors to try and sleepThe breakfast room is not the Hampton. Inn but there was enough with the basics itemsThe staff was friendly and helpful..In summary it was a good experience

The staff was friendly and apologetic. The room itself was ok but the bed sheets were dirty. Crumbs and hairs on the sheets. They did offer another room but it still wasn’t up to par. We had them replaced the bedding in our original room. The door to our room didn’t close properly you had to really pull and check to make sure it was locked.

Check in was fine, got into room and it smelled like smoke & it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Toilet stopped working mid-stay, & ran all night. The room had a wrapper on the floor & underneath the bed was dirty.

There were a couple hotels around this price point but we decided to book this one because of the included breakfast. However, there wasn’t much of a breakfast available, basically honey buns and cereal where the milk came out of a fairly empty gallon jug that was offered to me. The toilet also didn’t flush well and found myself having to plunge the toilet after each use to get the water moving down.

Staff was exceptional! Hotel very old , needs upgrades. Breakfast is limited. Very noisy. Could here semi trucks braking all hours of night. Back of hotel looks like a 1 star . Very sketchy
