“We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point. Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well. Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting. The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated. Definitely recommend 10/10”

“We can't recommend Storrs Gate House enough, such a good break away here. Susann and Glenn are amazing hosts, such friendly, lovely people. Breakfasts were incredible and definitely set you up for the day, we are missing those breakfasts! The house is so beautiful, our room was perfect, plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Our celebratory time away was made all the more special staying at Storrs Gate, we would definitely like to stay here again, thank you for such a lovely stay.”

“저에게는 가격대비 굉장히 좋은 숙소였던것 같습니다 우선 위치는 윈더미어 역에서 걸어서 5~8분 정도 걸렸던 것 같구요 한 골목만 나가면 윈더미어쪽의 나름 번화가라 맛집들이 있어 저녁먹기 좋았습니다 직원분들 친절하셨고 방이 2층이었는데 주인 아저씨가 짐은 다행히 들어주셨습니다. 싱글룸 이었는데 방 시설이나 화장실 상태도 좋았습니다 ( 그런데 냉장고는 아쉽지만 없었습니다) 무엇보다도 조식이 최고였는데요 잉글리쉬 브랙퍼스트를 제대로 맛볼수 있었습니다”

“역에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 그래서 조용하고 코지해서 좋았어요. 보니스 온 윈더미어까지 도보로 가까운 거리이고, 호스트들이 정말 친절했습니다. 아침 식사 정말 맛있었어요.”
