The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and beautiful, and the close proximity to the Basilica and Doge's Palace made this hotel a perfect spot. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and if I'm back in Venice will definitely stay there. "

"Very clean family room with 3 beds (1 queen, 2 twin trundle) in a separate house connected to the hotel with a lovely courtyard. The steep stairs and private entrance made it a wonderful place to recover from exploring Venice! Outrageously beautiful breakfast room & buffet with homemade cakes, hot eggs, bacon, fruits, cheese, croissants, coffee, tea, champagne, juices and more! Super friendly staff. Safe and secure! Along a canal near Peggy Guggenheim’s museum… about 30 minutes walking to St Mark”s or 5 minutes to the Vaporetta…"

"The hotel was great for location near the Rialto bridge and very central to the city in general. The premises was very clean and the staff were very accomodating. "

"Room was cleaned daily, spotless and updated for an older building, bed was comfortable and view of the canal out the window was special. Check in was pleasant, porter to take luggage to our room, elevator for the higher floors was convenient, restaurant and bar on site served excellent food."

"Room was clean. Bathroom, the most important thing, was clean. They don’t offer other than hand soap but that was ok. I am sad I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing! So nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed and ask. The bakery attached to the hotel offers delicious pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and main roads for shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would def stay there again. "
