"This is a lovely hotel, very clean, nicely decorated.
My only negative point is that the hotel was hosting a corporate event in the bar one afternoon, we were made to feel we couldn’t use the bar area and were made to feel very unwelcome at that point. We did get service but not without feeling awkward.
Other than that the staff were helpful and the room great."
"The staff was exceptionally accommodating & the shuttle to the airport, which took under 10 minutes, allowed for a stress free stay. The property was clean & the food at the restaurant delicious. The only slight complaint is that the mattress was hard and somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel."
"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful . The property in general seemed very run down . The walls were scuffed. The bed was very uncomfortable. So if you in town for the night and need a quick place to lay your head it’s fine . However I wouldn’t stay here for my actual vacation."
"The staff was wonderful and the bar tenders were incredible. The hotel need to be updated for sure. Good value.
A little too close to the train station.
The room cleaners could not communicate and never gave me the coffee and menu bar refills as requested.
I stayed there for 5 nights and it was easy to get around from here to the whole region
If you like orange this is your place"
"The bathroom was dirty, especially the shower. The food the restaurant okay. The staff was very nice. The AC made the worst waddling noise ALL NIGHT! The only plus side is that it’s close to the airport"
"Bologna is not a car-friendly city, so this place was one of the very few that allowed us to reserve a secure parking place for our 2 night stay. This gave us A LOT OF PEACE OF MIND while we ventured around town.
We also appreciated that the buffet breakfast has plenty of protein-rich options (not just the croissant & capuchino that is typical).
The restaurant recommendations by the staff were great, BUT they are tiny places with italian hours (closed between 3 and 7 pm), so DON'T forget to make reservations ahead of time."
