"I was very pleased and impressed with this hotel. It’s a perfect place for a 1 or 2 night stay 5 minutes from the airport! The rooms are simple but have everything you need for a short stay. The breakfast is good and offered more than I expected. There’s really good coffee in the lobby, a pool and outside lounge area. I love the egg/swing chairs in the lobby. I would definitely again!"

"The Heathman Lodge has every amenity that any traveler loves to see. The restaurant at Heathman is out of this world. Great menu served exactly the way you would like it. The sauna is great. The hot tub is wonderful and swimming is excellent. The weight room has everything that a person could ever want when I come back to Vancouver. I am definitely staying at Heathman barn. They are better than Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Hilton. The customer service surpasses any and all hotels."

"Front desk was downright rude, even after learning we were there for a funeral. Another front desk gal even tried to tell me how much time I’d need to be ready for check out when she knew nothing about our family. Couch had food on it and blankets had stains. Hot tub was out of order. Not worth what was spent. "

"There were only 2 pillows in the room, we asked for at least one more pillow they didn’t have. The front desk closed from 10pm until 9am, so if the guest needs something he can’t reach out to the hotel staff. When I asked them to replace my towels they asked me to bring them myself to the reception and take the clean towels. Very weird!!!!"
