"We adore this location! They are clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are so incredibly kind and welcoming. Any issues are addressed quickly and with the guest in mind. We love the restaurant! The food is great and drinks are well crafted. This is our go-to for our casual trips to Portland. They are pet friendly and still so nice! "

"The Heathman Lodge has every amenity that any traveler loves to see. The restaurant at Heathman is out of this world. Great menu served exactly the way you would like it. The sauna is great. The hot tub is wonderful and swimming is excellent. The weight room has everything that a person could ever want when I come back to Vancouver. I am definitely staying at Heathman barn. They are better than Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Hilton. The customer service surpasses any and all hotels."

"Airport shuttle was good."

"There were only 2 pillows in the room, we asked for at least one more pillow they didn’t have. The front desk closed from 10pm until 9am, so if the guest needs something he can’t reach out to the hotel staff. When I asked them to replace my towels they asked me to bring them myself to the reception and take the clean towels. Very weird!!!!"

"The room is large, clean, there's a refrigerator and microwave, and there's a lot of parking lots. I liked everything."

"I booked this hotel specifically so I could park and fly. Online they wanted to charge me $189 to park without even asking for what dates I would be gone. When I showed up to the hotel and inquired about parking she said sorry you booked through a third party I can’t do anything for you. I asked if she could charge me for the parking separately and I was told no. So I ended up driving to the airport which is what I wanted to avoid and parked there. Don’t know if I will stay there again."

"When we entered the room, there were used towels on the counter in the bathroom and kitchen, there was trash in all the trash cans. We arrived at nearly 2am, so we just went to sleep and notified staff next day. "
