"We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. No other room was available, so we had to sleep back in our original 78 degrees room with two fans they were kind to offer. The reason I mention this incident is with no intention to discredit this hotel, its just that we were so tired and hot after the weeding we were looking forward to some rest. After that moment, everything was perfect. The staff was great. AC was fixed next morning, The Viento restaurant was the highlight of our stay, all thanks to our server Roger who was the most attentive and gentle server. The food was A+. Beach A++. We would love to go back in the future :)"
