"The Hotel was fine near all sites , It is in a small ally way and it takes a little figuring out to locate but once you know were it is , its easy enough to get to . Rooms are small , No screens on windows , breakfest was good , Plenty of choces and fresh , staff was fine with any questions"

"The room was spotless, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Received an excellent restaurant recommendation that was near the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options available. We were able to store our luggage after checking out on the final day. Couldn’t have picked to better hotel. We’ll definitely be back and we will be recommending it to friends and family."

"The pros: it’s in a great location and the lobby is very nice. Cons: The bathrooms could use a refresh. The tile is probably from the 1990s and the grout probably use to be white. It’s looks like they spent all the renovation money on the lobby. Also, the AC was extremely noisy and we had to flip the breaker a few times to make it work. If we turned it off the room got too hot and we couldn’t open the window due to the mosquitoes. With an upgraded bathroom and AC, this place could be 5 stars."

"Staff was okay. They didn’t have an iron or any essentials you would expect from a hotel. Showers didn’t work- water would barely come out. We got more water from the hand washing sink than the shower. there’s not an elevator and i have elderly parents. We walked up 6 flights of stairs each day to get to our room."

"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. Everyone was attentive and truly made our stay a 5-star one. From Ivan, Maria, Filipo and Buba as well as the rest of the staff they went above and beyond for us. "
