“The property looked great online, but unfortunately the reality was disappointing. On arrival, the hallways felt tired and run-down. The bathroom appeared newly renovated, which was initially promising, but the shower drained poorly and flooded the bathroom floor. There was no housekeeping during our long-weekend stay, and the sheets didn’t properly cover the beds to the corners, leaving us touching the exposed mattress while sleeping. The TV didn’t work either, and the air conditioner had...

“The staff member at the front desk was abusive, she made a number of threats towards me and refused to leave my room it took 8 minutes of her abuse before she exited the room the n started harassing me and my partner by standing outside our room at our door for long amounts of time just listening to us this was all caught on hotel security cameras. And I paid $624 to stay there 6 nights and that's hoe I was treated”

“The owner was absolutely delightful and so helpful and friendly. It is exactly what you would expect for the price otherwise.”

“With the exception of the smelly shower drain, the room was fine for a short period.”

“We were extremely impressed with our stay and how helpful, friendly and accommodating the staff were during our stay. The facilities were great and beds extremely comfortable. We originally only booked two nights but had to extend our stay in Sydney an extra two nights so were happy to stay at the same hotel. Would definitely stay again.”
