“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Bed bugs, bed bugs bed bugs. I had a weekend planned in the North Carolina Mountains and ultimately found myself driving home after one night. The bed bugs and uncleanliness of the hotel ruined my trip. The front desk person didn’t believe me so I took her to my room and showed her. And sure enough, they were there. She took pictures (and so did I), she said the manger would call me but so far it’s been crickets. This was not even close to the cheapest room in Maggie valley...

“It's not soundproof at all”

“Clean room and helpful staff. However, if I knew there weren’t elevators, I would’ve chosen a different location due to my mother’s mobility.”

“Charlotte and Paula are excellent hosts and they went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I highly recommend this cute little boutique style motel.”

“Baby roach came out of shower nozzle turning the water on, ants in bathroom floor 3 different times. Beds very uncomfortable, kind of a moldy smell to the room.”

“It's the perfect location for visiting WCU. Staff if very friendly, they put out signs and balloons for move in and graduation day, which is a beautiful gesture”
