"Very well located. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offered delicious food, and the service was excellent. We didn’t need to use our car at all, since everything was within walking distance."

"I figured out during out stay that we were likely the only room not a part of a hockey team. The team was up running around, smashing and banging until at least 3:30am (9 & 10 year old's). We called the front desk at 1am and again at 3am to ask them to shut down the noise. When I checked out in the morning I suggested that going forward, if there's another family in a similar situation that they inform them at check in so they can decide if they want to make an alternate choice. When we checked in the front desk member even asked us if we were in town for a restful sleep. He could have easily mentioned the team staying in the building at that time. The front desk staff member at check out said she would let the Management know. We never received a follow-up phone call. This is unfortunate as we often stayed at this hotel. They have lost our business."
