“We stayed here in three rooms for the night and overall the rooms and the location were very nice, especially for the price. Unfortunately, when we went to check in about 5:00 p.m. they were just facing a lot of challenges. One of our rooms we showed up to hadn't been cleaned at all, one room was perfect and the final room we couldn't get into key wasn't programmed right or something. We decided to go to dinner and come back and hoped everything was fixed except one of the rooms we went back to...

“The room was comfortable, although it had 2 double beds instead of the 2 queens I reserved. The shower had no hot water, even though the sink had hot water.”

“Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....
