“The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast.”

“the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that.”

“Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS”

“Pro’s, close to freeway, food, stores, Cedar Point Cons-beds were very uncomfortable, no fridge in room, toilet was low to ground. Easy pass next time”

“Water park hours were not good. Didn’t open until 10 and closed at 8pm. Rooms were never serviced and we were there 4 nights. Had to ask multiple times for clean towels. Room trash was overflowing. Water park was short staffed on the weekend and multiple attractions were closed. Hotel cafe had one person working. Waited 20 minutes for a premade breakfast sandwich.”

“We always stay here when visiting Cedar Point, which we do several times a summer. Helpful tips: -There are a lot of kids here, the hotel caters to families. Keep that in mind if kids annoy you. -There is no free coffee or breakfast, but you can buy stuff in the lobby gift shop or go to McDonald’s across the street. -The hotel is now cashless so they won’t be able to make change for you at the front desk if you want to leave a tip for housekeeping, for example. “It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.”
