Loves this hotel and its location. Great to be able to get to kelleys island ferry easily. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The decor is a little outdated and beds are not very comfortable. But the amenities and cleanliness makes up for it. Love the pool area and cottages to rent

Great hotel on Marblehead

What a cool place to stay for a couple or with a family. The hotel was nice with many activities within the resort. The beds were a little squeaky (could hear ours plus people above us) and could hear kids running in the hallway but didn’t bother us too much. All employees were friendly and accommodating when we asked to stay one more night & not move rooms the day before the 4th of July. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a fun, sweet spot for my family of five! Pools were warm even though the weather was not! Cute, clean “beach”. Rooms were fine enough. Fantastic location and plenty on site to do!

I feel this place is put together very well. The staff were really great. The only thing I would add to this property is to provide a golf cart for guests to use on the property. I have pulmonary fibroids and I use oxygen. I was not able to go to the big pool or the beach

The staff were unbelievably kind & was quick to offer suggestions regarding food places or where to pick up an item that you may have forgotten. My only recommendation is that they need to boost their WiFi signal. Late at night, when trying to watch a movie on my phone, the signal was BAD. This is my only recommendation. Stay here. You’ll have a great time! Guaranteed!
