“The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. ”

“The owner Suzanne is very personable & welcoming. She lives on the property & the apt is at the lower level with an independent entrance. “Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail.”

“Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time”

“I liked the location of the property. Very central to us and also quiet. The room and grounds are maintained to a high standard and there is parking.The jacuzzi was not working which is a shame.
