โThis was my first time at the Jersey Shore Red Roof. Normally I stay at the Tinton Falls one. During my last visit to Tinton Falls, I noticed a lot more people living in the motel. Hanging out on balconies, smoking, kids running around. I need travel alone with my dog. I need a place I feel safe at. I found that at the Jersey Shore Red Roof. I'll be back! โ
โIt was our first time in seaside heights and were very happy with our stay. Enjoyed time at the people. Met some nice people. We will very much be returning:) they also let us check in an hour early โ
โWent with a couple buddies for a weekend down the shore. Beds are comfortable, safe, friendly staff, and convenient location that makes Ubers short and affordable. Bagel place, Dunkin, McDonaldโs all close by. โ
โI was a little hesitant at first after seeing some of the negative reviews, but Iโve learned that everyoneโs experience is different. I absolutely loved our room it was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Iโll definitely be staying here again in the future!โ
โAn old HoJos! The property is old but clean. Bed comfy and shower had plenty of hot water. Room spacious and balcony much appreciated. Sad I didn't have time to get into the pool; it looked clean and refreshing. Property had landscapers there as we were checking out; outside areas were tidy as well.
No elevator, so ask for ground floor if you have mobility issues.โ
โThe staff were very friendly and helpful. We Loved our stay at the Mathis House Victorian Bed & Breakfast and Tea Room luncheon. Beautifully decorated. Loved all the food selections. both Tea & breakfast. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Had a cute shop also. We loved the selections of teas & bought some for home. Highly recommend staying here.โ
โThe only thing that was a deterrent was the fact that none of the outlets worked in my room except for one.
I had myself and 2 children staying with me and we had to take turns charging our phone on 1 outlet. That was frustrating โ
โWhatโs not to like about Spring Lake. Great hotel, restaurant, walk to beach, bicycle availability, beach chairs, towels and just about everything the Grand Victorian offers. Plus Ann incredibly accommodating staff.โ
