"Very pleasant experience."

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The property feels outdated, the carpets were noticeably dirty, and the Wi‑Fi did not work at any point during our three‑day stay. The front desk area also had a strong chemical odor, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the valet service was concerning, one of the attendants returned our car with sweat left on the console and a strong smell of what seemed like weed. Although the front office said they would report it to the valet company, no follow‑up or gesture of goodwill was offered, despite the condition in which our car was returned. Overall, the hotel feels overrated for the price, and the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest experience was disappointing."

"Everything was great but there is some structural damage and a coat of paint needed on the 4th floor corridor. Additionally, the first night we got there the pool was extremely dirty so we didn’t get to use it. But staff let us know it would be cleaned later in the week. Overall it was a great experience. The rooms are clean, staff was great, and it’s super convenient because of its location."

"We booked this hotel for 6 nights and had paid extra for a room with a balcony. When we got into our room we couldn’t open the balcony door and found that it was locked and the knob to the lock was missing. Their maintenance came and tried to unlock it with tools but was unsuccessful. We asked to be switched rooms and they told us they didn’t have any other balcony rooms available and directed us to their customer service. Customer service told us all they could do was discount us for 1 night. So we paid extra for an amenity that we couldn’t utilize. While at breakfast one morning we over heard other guests saying that they couldn’t shower for two days because the handle to their shower fell off. During our stay the carpet was being replaced on our floor, which is totally fine, but they should have communicated that to us at check in and warned us that we might be woken up by construction noise next to our room at 7:30am."
