“A equipe de funcionários é excelente, muito prestativa, atenciosa, sorridente e o atendimento imediato às minhas solicitações. O quarto era muito grande, espaçoso e com terraço, no segundo andar. A única sugestão que tenho é em relação ao café da manhã que é só "a la carte". Para quem está acostumado com um café simples, ou seja, uma fatia de pão com queijo e geleia e frios, as opções de pratos, com exceção dos com yogurte e aveia com frutas, não continham itens totalmente matinais, parecia...

“Nice and clean hotel. Only two mebers of the staff were nice. The rest of the staff were unfriedly. Everybody make you feel that they are makjng you a favor. I was told by a front desk staff that maybe the rules are not from everybody. The frisrt 3 days I have to get my own coffe in the breakfast area. Everybody was chatting in the corner of the restaurant. They neeed a customer service training.”
