The staff were absolutely wonderful. Genuinely kind, attentive, and thoughtful. On the morning of our departure, they even sent us off with breakfast, which was such a lovely and memorable touch. "We had an amazing stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Even before arriving in Cusco, the hotel already impressed us by coordinating our airport transfer for only $10. We reserved it through their WhatsApp, and when we landed, the taxi was already waiting for us at the airport. That level of organization immediately made our arrival stress-free. When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Erika, who truly set the tone for our stay. She offered us tea right away and took the time to explain which teas help with altitude sickness, which was incredibly thoughtful. She was very patient and thorough when explaining everything; WiFi, breakfast, tours, and general recommendations. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and cared for. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made it a relaxing place to come back to after long days of exploring Cusco. The breakfast staff were also wonderful; kind, attentive, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options including fresh fruits, drinks, cook-to-order eggs, and many more. Everything was fresh and well prepared. A big shoutout as well to the other front desk staff, Lenin and Melinda, who were just as amazing.
