“Clean room, friendly staff and excellent customer service.”

“Room was clean and spacious but smells like you stepped into a historical archive. The room balcony door was open upon arrival and A/C wasn't turned on anywhere on the property so it was super hot. The A/C unit worked well to cool the room down after several hours. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, which was a nice touch. “Had a 2 week business trip and my normal hotel was booked. This was a good alternative and was convenient to food on the area. Didn't use the pool and the staff was good about tending to my room. Having a full size refrigerator was a nice pairing with the microwave.”

“Breakfast was SUPER simple. Only had waffle maker, some fruit, juice and coffee. There’s no swimming pool, the property is under construction.”

I met unpredictable rain, but hotel rent me free unbrellar, and I had some problem to go to my customer company, butKorean hotel manager took me to the company (it took 10 minute by car) I really want to recommand this hotel and when I go back there, I definately use it again”

“Pros: Close to Kaiser surgery center, decent price, plenty of charging ports, A/C worked well, good water pressure in shower Cons: No coffee in room or lobby, facility upkeep lacking (smoke smell in stairs & hallway, stains in carpet, trash around property), stains on sheets, bathroom looked unclean, front desk staff unable to provide kitchen items listed on placard in kitchen, men lingering outside drinking beer by their truck (instead of in their room). I would not recommend this hotel...
