Central Alberta, Alberta hotel rooms at the Best Western

"The room provided was a life-safety hazard. There was no window in my bedroom, it was a broom closet. There was pet dander, and fur all over the room. We stayed one night, and checked-out, but were charged for three. Do not book here. Avoid at all costs for safety reasons."

"Hotel was very nice, check-in procedure with David was very good. No room service was disappointing and apparently maid service is no longer a daily hotel service as I was there 2 days and never seen a maid cart. Very nice view of the river valley from my room. Almost time for a room revival as the beds, furniture etc. were very old. Good location, nice underground parking (for a fee) and near some very good pubs and high end restaurants but I probably would not stay downtown again next time."

"The breakfast and staff were great. The room was clean but very very old. Ac unit barely worked. Door was damaged. Felt sketchy. "

"The room was not clean. There was gunk stuck to the lamp post there was no plug-ins anywhere to be found in the room except for ones that they were using by lamps and their lamps all had broken shades. It was loud, not quiet at all. There were people living in the parking lot highly do not recommend going here unless this is the kind of thing you’re used to."

"The out clean they said should Request it before they clean and I call this stuff.I need told me I have to come down first stuff.I don't know which and when our whole a hotel work light , this parking wasn't bad"
