Central Alberta, Alberta hotel rooms at the Best Western

"Amazing staff, very accommodating. They had no rooms left but had one blocked off for a very small water spot on the carpet. They explained this to me and after leaving a disgraceful situation at another hotel I was very happy to receive the room with a very minor spill of water. They made sure I was happy with the room after viewing it myself. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. "

"Good place. Always a pleasure to stay and so very convenient if you have things to do downtown. "

"This hotel was well maintained and clean. The rooms are basic and a standard room was quite small. The ac was a box in the wall but it worked. Further, you can walk to down town in about 10 minutes. Over all the hotel was fine for a value hotel. I enjoyed the pool and hpt tub. Jasper was beautiful and thats what I came for."

"Terrible experience. I’ll never stay here again. Shuttle was 15mins late. Bathroom was dirty. I asked for towels the one night and took 45mins to get them "
