"The room was clean, but a bit dated, and the lighting was too dim for our liking. However, the room had a great view of the river, and downtown Edmonton is within easy walking distance. The staff was always friendly and very helpful, answering our questions quickly and competently. Parking is very convenient, right underneath the hotel."

"The room was nice and clean. The bathtub was the perfect size for me. Also the recreation area was super well kept with a large pool and extra large hot tub. The bed was super comfortable because I slept through the entire night."

"Cleanliness overall is 1-10 is 10 for me Staff is easy to communicate and solve whatever you requested Parking is a lots of spot Kitchen for complimentary breakfast is absolutely perfect for family especially if you have kids. It’s make our trip smooth and easy . Our grandchildren enjoy the swimming pool and also the buffet for breakfast is a lot i’f choices and the filipina staff are very friendly and knows how to communicate with small kids. Thank you everyone for your hardwork and keeping that hotel perfect for family"
