โThis was our second time staying at the Hamptons and we were not disappointed, great customer service from all the staff , very friendly and helpful !!!! , room with balcony was amazing, with a view of the lake and very good breakfast options .. โ
โProbably the best Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. the breakfast was great and the kitchen staff made the rounds to ask diners if we needed anything. I definitely would stay here again.โ
โStaff were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. They were able to get us connecting rooms. The pool is larger than expected and clean. It did not have an overwhelming chlorine smell like a lot of other places. โ
โBeautiful view. Nicely furnished decor. Best linens! Comfortable bed. They really thought of everything. We were so happy with the balcony access as well. Refreshing & great location. Definitely our go to place when visiting. The staff so professional & kind. Absolutely recommend this place!!!! โ
โI was pleasantly surprised by this property. I usually stay name brand hotels so was skeptical when I booked this room but thought I would give it a chance. I am sooooo glad that I did! This place was so quiet and clean and very homey feeling. Iโm definitely staying again. โ
โNice and comfortable. Front desk was super nice and the location is perfect. Itโs a motel. Not fancy but clean and comfy beds. So better then 400 a night at a chain hotel. โ
โThe only complaint I have is how expensive it was to use the pool. Even after 6pm when it was a cheaper rate $23pp. When you have to pay for a family of 5 that adds up quickly. It would be nice to have it included in the room rate. The included breakfast also wasnt very good. Other then that we had a good time.โ
