"This property is good overall - stayed here twice in the space of a month so reviewing two different rooms. Nice lounge area however their service is not five star nor are the hotel amenities. It would pass off as a 4 star hotel. Otherwise it is a nice hotel overall - room has no utilities apart from a empty mini fridge; bathroom has some technical issues and not easy to use facilities as such - like no soap dish, water pressure really high - sprays everywhere, no proper slippers - they are made...

"I think the two best locations for tourist in Lisbon are Barrio Alto and Rossio square. This hotel is right on the square and next to the station. Ideal for dining options, shopping and nightlife. It’s also great value for money with its equipped kitchen and great size. The service wAs awesome?
