“The room was great. Had an issue with closing the door but we survived. Quiet and left alone. Like there is no staff on the property.”

“We have stayed here before. It is a no frills, old fashioned beach getaway..exactly what I like. The room was clean, the bathroom showed age, but was clean. Access to the beach, beach supplies, ice and the environment is what you definitely cannot duplicate. It has small town charm with very friendly staff and guests. “It's a place to crash. Nothing fancy about it. The price reflects the place. I didn't expect much but the check out time is 10 a.m. which is earlier than most. We were putting stuff in the car and had came back in the room to gather the last of our things and do a double check. Knock knock. Check out is 10 we hear. I looked at the time and it was 10:02. I've never had that happen before.”

“It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The owner had such an unkind way of speaking and facial expression. The bugs came out of the room where I slept.”

“The AC was fantastic. For the location, the low price was very surprising. I had to oull the bed back to re-plug the nighttand light. The room was clean, but could use a deep clean behind the bed. Water. Pressure and Hot water were fantastic. Proximity to IHOP and Dunk’n is great. Can walk to both.”

“Spent a couple of nights over the 4th. Location is great however the property needs some work. Bed and AC in unit 11 need to be replaced. Room was clean, no frills but clean. Simple check in and out, parking behind hotel was a plus also. Place was built in 1953 and will not be mistaken for a 5 star resort but overall pleased and would book again.”
