“Best hotel ever !!!”

“Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Easy check in and check out. Great property and recently updated. Fantastic choices for the breakfast. Grounds and building were spotless. Only one elevator was in operation. Super location for my needs.”

This immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. The bathroom window was extremely dirty, appearing as though it had not been cleaned in years. “This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. It is a great value. Very quiet and the room was very spacious. And the service was fantastic.”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”
