“This property is perfect! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful. Perfect location before flying out of Sanford airport. ”

“Amazing hotel. Huge rooms that are so well thought out. Night stands on both sides of both beds so everyone can have one. Tons of charging ports and outlets. A table on wheels that could be used as a desk, table, luggage rack. Breakfast was good with egg rounds, waffles. Beautiful outdoor space and walking path. Only “con” would be that you can hear the people above you moving/flushing toilets etc. but ask for the top floor of that is bothersome. Highly recommend!”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. “Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“A unique accommodation. We were in a 3 room suite with a King and Queen and 3 bathrooms. A kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Vintage but cozy furniture. The suite was very clean. You have to climb a number of stairs to get to the suite (1301). An enjoyable overnight stay before boarding the Amtrak Autotrain.”

“A disappointing stay at what was expected to be a charming antique hotel. Upon taking my first shower, I discovered that the towel provided had two large holes and visible black fingerprint marks. This immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control. The bathroom window was extremely dirty, appearing as though it had not been cleaned in years.
