“Very clean and friendly staff. I would like to have seen a variety of daily breakfast items, particularly more protein selections. Would definitely stay again”
“Awesome stay! Friendly staff, from check-in to shuttle driver. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable beds. There is a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and an arcade and small store with snacks, drinks and souvenirs. The free breakfast was excellent with lots of options and hot items were hot and the manager kept items restocked. The grounds were well kept and the common areas were clean. Exceeded our expectations. ”
“I like the cleanliness of the rooms, the bathroom shower was a little awkward to use but other than that no complaints at all. Would absolutely stay there again.”
“The Black Hawk Hotel is older, but kept clean comfortable and safe. Unlike some other hotels the Black Hawk did not charge an incidentals amount on my card at check in only to return it later, I appreciated this. The only dissapointment is there is no onsite parking, we got a map showing 24 hour street parking. The closest being a block away.”
