"We were shocked when a manager came to our door the morning of checkout wondering how long it would be when we left. He came about 11:15 am. He said checkout was supposed to be 11:00 an. Nothing was said or given to us on paper saying that. We looked on the back of our door the night before and it was printed as 12:00 pm. That's the time we planed to be checked out by. They should do better to let their customers know the time."

We had the massage chair, but it feels like it’s trying to split you in half when the shoulders compress. Very painful for my fiance. Can be a little hard to find your way around the property, but the staff is very helpful."
