"Clean, quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Soothing HVAC during the night. The only place I will stay when in the Columbus area."

"Front desk was amazing. Helped arrange an early check-in and called a bit later to make sure everything was good. The only complaint was when sitting on the end of the bed, it kept sliding off the frame. Looked underneath and it was absolutely the wrong size frame for the bed. Easily fixed but a slight annoyance."

"I have no real complaints - there was a fire station right across the street so there were sirens througout the day. Luckily they weren't overly bothersome to me. One of the (2) elevators was down during my stay. Parking is across the street, which was tedious at times, but ultimately not a big deal. The room was clean and the staff friendly, so I'd stay here again in the future."

"The staff and price of the room was fantastic, however these were not queen sizes beds! Also they were some of the most uncomfortable beds that i have ever slept on. Other than that we had ab enjoyable stay!"
