"Our room was freezing cold and the bathroom smelled like pee. I called the front desk and the issue was to be fixed regarding the room being cold. No one ever came to fix it before we left to attend a concert. On our way out I stopped at the front desk and was assured my issue would be resolved. When we got back to the hotel after the concert and we were cold and wet due to the weather and rain our room was freezing cold. It was 1 am in the morning and the front desk took over an hour to NOT find us another room that was warm. They did bring us blankets, but they smelled and were dirty. When we checked in the bar was unable to serve mixed drinks because there was no bar tender and the cook arrived late so no food available at 5 either as promised. Called to speak to the manager and rather than resolving issues or concerns, he chose to argue with me. Also the parking deck is very expensive and that charge is not included in the high price you pay to stay their."
