"The checking in staff was great . The day staff when I check out was a little rude. Had to have the coffee pot replaced it didn’t work. TV remote did not work. Had to get a different one. Toilet was not working properly. But then told about it they fixed it that day.. We also had a dang dog on our floor that barked for hours!!! I finally called to the front desk and told them . They said they would locate the owners. It took around another 2hours for the owners to return. That dog was not a service dog..!! They are very well behaved.., I have owned them and trained them in the past."

"From the inception of me arriving and greeted kindly by the staff to being pleasantly relieved to see my room was spacious and well appointed designed. The bed was completely comfortable and just made my stay pleasant. The location was close to many activities and restaurants. Overall it lived up to its high standards"

"Waterpark is amazing. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Wish there had been more food options, and wait time for food was long. Fun free extras like mermaid visit, foam party, fire dancer show. There are no close by food options off-site (and we didn’t want to leave anyway) but hopefully the options will grow. Would absolutely book again."

"Had a solid stay at the Wyndham Grand Oklahoma City Downtown. Would recommend it, especially if you're going to the Paycom Center and the future big arena they are building across the street. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Paycom Center. Check-in was fast on a Saturday. The lobby has a big open atrium design that runs from the ground floor all the way up is impressive. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and in good shape. Liked having a decent sized fridge in the room. Overall, it was good value for the location. The rooms feel a bit dated versus how nice the building and lobby look but everything worked fine. No room service, but DoorDash/Uber Eats is easy. All in all a great stay. I'd come back."

"We were there 5 nights for a baseball tournament. The pool was closed. The rooms smelled of mildew. Bad! Maybe from the air conditioner? We had room with hard floors. Definitely had not been mopped in a while. Swept but not cleaned. Beds were average. Breakfast was great! The Food was good. Very clean food bar."
