"This was such a cozy little cottage with access to a GREAT beach. We very much enjoyed our stay. There were a couple minor annoyances such as the front porch light not working (and it is DARK at night). Also, guests are expected to wash their own dishes before leaving, however we arrived to cupboards full of filthy dishes neatly put away as though they were clean. "The best thing about this property is the view. It is very dark, old, damp and musty smelling. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Furniture in poor condition. This house REALLY needs a lot of updates. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher and a toaster. Bed box springs appeared to be 60 years old and were dirty. FYI, the linoleum in the kitchen/hallway was very slippery and one of us slipped and fell."
