"We arrived at the property around 7:45 pm after a long day at the theme parks. I was greeted by a friendly security guard who informed me that the front desk staff member was on her lunch break. Due to being short-staffed, we couldn’t check in until she returned. Our group consisted of 19 people from four families, so this was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, we waited in the lobby and were promptly assisted when she came back at 8:10. The staff member was gracious and apologetic, and we checked in smoothly with no further issues. The rooms were clean and ready, and everything went well. The next morning, around 10 am, just before check-out, I heard a faint knock at my door. I was across the room and didn’t answer right away, but then the housekeeper opened the door and quickly apologized. She explained they were trying to get rooms cleaned as they were also short-staffed in housekeeping. Aside from the staffing shortages and the slight delay during check-in, our stay was pleasant. I appreciated their proactive approach and professionalism despite the staffing challenges. "
