The room was outstanding and I really appreciate how even though I arrived outside reception hours, I was greeted by a staff member within 5 min and my problem was resolved with no questions asked. "We loved the the oversize rooms and clean spacious bathrooms. The bed and linens were lovely and the staff attentive. The internet and so Netflix was all over the shop, (it kept dropping out), we will blame that on the weather. LOved that we could open the windows and the room had a ceiling fan; we didn't use the A/C at all."

"The room was clean, quiet and in excellent condition. The bed was comfortable. We didn't order breakfast so cannot comment on that. We had stayed here a number of years ago and weren't happy with the state of our room, but this time we couldn't fault anything and will definitely stay here again."

"Great hotel/motel at the edge of Blackheath. Super friendly & helpful staff. Loved the hot tub and nice touches like the tea point & lobby cafe. Handy location for the Blackheath area including Evans & Govetts Leap lookouts (with a car). "
