"My first time at a Kozy hotel. I really enjoyed it. The room was really comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great with nice soaps and shower gel. The breakfast buffet was amazing. My only gripe was the check-in line was long, they needed an extra staff member to make it quicker. The staff was super friendly in general. It's always nice when they all make an effort to greet you. I'd stay again. Great hotel"

"Solo traveler. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The pool side views amazing. Room views amazing! Overall vibes amazing. Only thing, the shower tub does not drain at all and if it does, it doesn’t drain well. That is the only negative. Overall, I truly loved this hotel and my stay."

"In my 3 nights not one day was the room cleaned. I don’t want it done every day but one out of three days would have been reasonable. $30 breakfast buffet was very pricey. Overall I enjoyed my stay"
