Rooms are newer and perfectly fine, but our was street facing with no opening windows (probably because it would feel like a bus was driving through our room), but I would not want that again. I appreciate fresh air. Mostly great staff, just they could not find our reservation when we arrived. Blamed it on it being Expedia."

"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....
