“9/10”

“The condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.”

“Perfect location and one of the best properties in the area. Suites are spacious and new. I’ll be staying here again during my next visit to Tampa. Perfect for larger groups or families.”

“Check in was below average. Did not feel welcomed at all. No eye contact. No greetings. I did not even want to check the lady's name. If someone like that stays in this hotel, your NPS will never make it. However, breakfast was ok. The only thing great was the guy who was cleaning up the tables for the breakfast hours. Hardworking and doing his job the best way possible. I wouldn't want to come back. ”

“Everything good, but was overcharged and not provided with a receipt upon check out despite employee saying she would email it. This did not allow me to dispute the incorrect charges.”

“The location was good but it was neither an updated retro-hotel NOR a modern, updated hotel. It was very tired, old, out of place in today's vacationing world. The lobby especially was very sad and dismal. There are a million ways to inexpensively create a modern and welcoming hotel lobby. Restaurant was significantly short staffed - but the 2 servers were quite friendly.”

“Overall the hotel was a nice spot to stay.”

“최고의 숙소입니다. 퇴실하고 크루즈를 타기위해서 짐 보관이 필요했는데, 우리의 짐을 보관해주었습니다.”
