Great spot that feels like you are miles away from the strip but you can be in 3 casinos with a 5 minute walk. It’s far less hectic.

everything was fine except that the toilet room was smelling sewer. I reported and they fixed it but we could not use the toilet room for first day due to the bad odor.

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood and was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. Check-in was very slow — we arrived on Wednesday around 3 p.m., and there was only one person working the check-in line with at least 10-15 people waiting the entire time I was in line. The room itself was very basic and nothing special. The beds only had a sheet, a topper, and another white sheet — no bedspread or extra blankets. There were just two pillows per bed. On our second day, our toilet clogged, and despite messaging the hotel early in the morning around 9 a.m., no one came to fix it until more than an hour after we called again late that afternoon. While the room and service were disappointing, the food at both Gordon Ramsay Burger and Café Hollywood was delicious, and everyone working on the casino floor was friendly and helpful. The casino itself was great — lively and well maintained. However, several elevators in the South Tower were down during our stay, causing long waits and crowding in the North Tower elevators. The pool area was fantastic, but I was shocked to pay nearly $77 for a margarita and a virgin daiquiri for my son. I’ve stayed at the Aria, Palazzo, New York-New York, Sahara, Flamingo, and the Golden Nugget before, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst room experience I’ve had in Las Vegas.

Love the Palazzo. The attention to detail, huge suites, and amenities were wonderful
