The staff are very welcoming and the valet parking was an added perk. The history of the castle revealed throughout the hotel completes the ambiance.

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Very courteous and helpful staff and good clean room. Location was excellent to the Rideau Canal, restaurants and shops.

Les Suites Hotel Ottawa
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the one issue we had the beds were to small for a couple to share and were not big people . lol . ALSO forget using the underground parking if you have a large pickup truck and or long SUV they don't fit. The location is perfect near the mall the ...
