We went in mid June and it was pretty quiet so we felt like we had so much space to ourselves. Our nomadic guide Karen was helpful with all of our questions and checked in with us each day to see if we needed anything. We really appreciated her! "Check in was good. My room had two leaks and it was raining most days; one of the leaks dripped onto one of the beds. Ants were present; no left overs or snacks could be in the room due to this. Pool was open but not enough lights around it. Menu available was very limited. WiFi was very good throughout the place. No AC in rooms and the fan we had was too noisy to have it on at night. No beach access or beach nearby!! Hotel has no info or contacts for local taxis or airport shuttles. No mini...

"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"El proceso de checkin y checkout es muy confuso. A traves de la app de expedia no tuve respuesta, sino hasta que hable directo por telefono. Ademas de eso muy amable la recepcionista, cuartos muy amplios y limpios. Yo si volveria teniendo en cuenta estos puntos"
