"It was amazing. The staff at the hotel, Ann and Caroline, were fantastic. They were very helpful, courteous in helping us after a long day on the train and getting us a free upgrade into a fantastic room. The room was very clean, warm and had an amazing view. The breakfast was very delicious as there was quite a bit to choose from. I am planning on staying at this hotel on my return journey back to Kunming. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling into Kunming, either into the Kunming South Railway Station or from any other destination. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the Kunming South Railway Station. All in all, a fantastic experience."

"I stayed in a suite room at Holiday Inn Kunming and had a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There’s a dedicated workspace in the living area, which is perfect for business travelers. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having two types of pillows (soft and firm) to choose from. The shower had strong water pressure, making it very relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located near Spring City Mall, which makes shopping easy. If you’re looking for accommodation in Kunming city center, Holiday Inn Kunming should definitely be one of your top options."
