"Wonderful apartment at very convenient location! Lots of restaurants, shops, and market in the neighborhood. The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."

" Lots of space but there are a lot of extra payments , even if you are leaving luggage for a couple of hours after checking out. Swim zone is clunky- get your life jacket on the way in ! Skiing: OK a day or two. You can hire stuff there. Taxi is about 120,000 Won from Seoul. "

"Staff was great, let me check in 3 hours earlier because my room was ready. My 3rd hotel in Korea and this was the cleanest one. Very happy, The street was full of restaurants in walking distance. Only thing i couldn’t work out until day 2 was the aircon remote was inter grade with TV remote Thank you Cream hotel for a wonderful stay"
