The staff was friendly, the room was fine the only thing I didn't like was that the AC/heater didn't work which made it very cold at night other than that it was a good stay.

As soon as we opened our room, roaches scattered everywhere! They did move us rooms, but they were in there too. Unfortunately with it being late and 4 tired children. Not to mention everything in the room was broke. We stayed that night checked out FIRST THING. Never again!!! I do not recommend this hotel.

They need to renovate the entire hotel , broken sink , broken light fixtures, no house keeping because mirrors were dirty, broken toilet seat , broken fan in bathroom, dirty carpet etc. They need to come down to $40 a night permanently

Hotel booked me, said they never got my confirmation, i asked customer service if they could use any other alternate method to find my booking, they said they did. I contact Hotels.com customer support who said the hotel confirmed on their end that they received it. We paid twice for the same room and they wont offer a refund or allow me to stay a second night even though ive provided proof of all of these things.

Very clean. Staff very friendly and willing to assist with anything you may need. Nice breakfast with a very nice breakfast area with an open view. You can tell immediately they take pride in their property and being there for their guests.

Terrible do not book

The place smelled musty. Kids playing outside as if they live there running past your window with a view of trash out back as if it was a homeless camp. The room had a terrible scent to it and I saw roaches. I immediately called the front desk to tell them I was leaving. They said leave the key at the counter. Nobody was at the counter I left the key and the left the property and Contacted hotels.com….they have not been able to reach the property management to get my refund.
